Before you pay the setup fee, we want to make sure you understand how the website service works and what we will need from your parish.

Please respond to each expectation below. If anything is unclear or does not match what your parish needs, choose I need to discuss this and tell us about your concern. We will work through any questions before asking you to make a payment.

This is not the full website-information form. After the setup fee is paid, we will ask for your primary parish contact, design choices, website features, migration preferences, and the information needed to begin building the website.

1. Who the website is designed to serve *Your website will be designed first to welcome visitors, help people connect with your parish, and support the parish’s work of evangelism. Information for current parishioners will remain easy to find, but it will not determine the main organization or focus of the homepage. If your parish needs a website organized primarily around current parishioners, this service will not meet that need.I agree.I need to discuss this.

2. Website forms and parish responses *The website will include a standard Contact form and four forms created specifically to help visitors take a next step: Plan a Visit, Ask the Priest, Prayer Request, and Meet Up. Your parish will provide a verified recipient for each form and make sure someone is prepared to respond. If one of these forms creates a genuine concern, we need to discuss it before the project begins.I agree.I need to discuss this.

3. One primary parish contact *During the next step, your parish will designate one primary contact for the website project. This person will gather information, coordinate the parish’s responses, and provide consolidated feedback and approvals.I agree.I need to discuss this.

4. Website design choices *Your parish will select one of BOTH/AND’s available website designs, along with the color and typography options provided with that design. You do not need to make these choices before submitting this confirmation.I agree.I need to discuss this.

5. Annual payment and automatic renewal *The website service is currently $500 per year. It is paid online as a recurring subscription and renews automatically. Checks are not accepted. Payment is made after the completed website is approved and before launch. The annual service term begins on the successful payment date. A reminder is sent or scheduled approximately 30 days before renewal, and the parish may cancel before the renewal date.I agree.I need to discuss this.

6. Renewal payments and failed payments *A completed annual renewal is normally nonrefundable because the new year of hosting and maintenance has begun. Exceptions may be made for a duplicate charge, billing error, or another situation approved by BOTH/AND in writing. If a renewal payment fails, the parish has 14 calendar days to correct it before service may be suspended and the non-renewal process begins.I agree.I need to discuss this.

7. BOTH/AND hosting *The annual service includes hosting on BOTH/AND’s shared SiteGround servers. The website cannot be moved to hosting selected or managed by the parish while remaining part of this service.I agree.I need to discuss this.

8. What the annual service includes *The annual service includes daily backups and hosting-level security monitoring provided by SiteGround, approved website software updates, and a response to support requests by the end of the next two business days. It also includes reasonable small changes to the existing website. It does not include unlimited content entry, redesign, custom development, email administration, or general parish IT support.I agree.I need to discuss this.

9. If the parish does not renew *Normal website service ends with the paid annual term. BOTH/AND will provide a complete site-level transfer package and, when technically practical, retain a recoverable hosted copy for 30 calendar days for reasonable transfer questions. This is not another month of normal service. The parish is responsible for replacement hosting and technical help, and the website may be removed from BOTH/AND’s servers afterward.I agree.I need to discuss this.

10. Media and files hosted elsewhere *Photo galleries, downloadable documents and other files, audio, and video will not be hosted on BOTH/AND’s website server. The parish will use an approved outside service and provide public links or embed URLs. Individual photographs used on website pages may be uploaded when appropriate.I agree.I need to discuss this.

11. Content migration *Reasonable migration of compatible content is included. Before requesting the setup fee, BOTH/AND will explain visible migration concerns or likely additional cost. If later access reveals substantial work that could not reasonably have been identified, the parish may reduce the migration, prepare designated content, preserve material elsewhere, or approve a fixed fee. If a required unexpected migration fee prevents the standard project from proceeding, the parish may decline it and receive a setup-fee refund. The fee is not refundable merely because the parish changes its mind or adds new requirements.I agree.I need to discuss this.

12. Queue and working timeline *The setup fee records the parish’s place in the project queue but does not reserve a fixed production window indefinitely. Most parish websites take approximately two to four weeks once Basic Information is materially complete and the project reaches its working window. The completion date depends on timely forms, content, access, replies, decisions, feedback, approval, and payment. Client delays move the expected completion date without requiring another setup fee.I agree.I need to discuss this.

13. The setup fee comes next *After BOTH/AND reviews this confirmation and any questions have been resolved, the parish will receive a $75 setup-fee payment request. Payment records the parish’s queue position and begins the next intake step. It is separate from the $500 annual website payment due after approval and before launch.I agree.I need to discuss this.
