Current stage: Review & Approval
This is your final pre-launch review and approval step. It comes after BOTH/AND’s internal quality check and before the annual-service payment request.
Complete These Two Steps
- Open the temporary website on both a computer and a phone.
- Review the parish-specific Privacy Policy supplied by BOTH/AND. It reflects the website’s contact forms, analytics, and other data practices, so this is the appropriate time to confirm it before launch. The standard template explains the policy’s structure.
Use the Review Form
The form begins with two clear paths:
- If anything needs correction or discussion: choose that option and tell us what needs attention. BOTH/AND will address the agreed items and repeat the affected checks.
- If every listed area is satisfactory: choose that option and complete the full satisfaction checklist that appears. This records your review, approves the website for launch, and authorizes BOTH/AND to send the secure annual-service checkout link.
What the Satisfaction Checklist Covers
- The homepage, photographs, service information, and visitor actions
- The header, navigation, footer, buttons, links, and mobile presentation
- Parish facts, visitor information, clergy and staff information, and all included pages
- The calendar, Contact form, engagement forms, and their intended private recipients
- Migrated content and anything approved for consolidation, exclusion, retirement, redirection, or deferral
- The parish-specific Privacy Policy and the planned website users and roles
Approval, Annual Service, and Launch
When every listed area is satisfactory, the form asks the person submitting it to confirm the live domain, approve the website for launch, and authorize BOTH/AND to send the secure checkout link for the $500 annual recurring website service. Read what the annual website service includes before approving. The recurring-payment authorization is completed at checkout, and the website is launched only after payment succeeds.
What Is Verified After Launch
This review covers what can be seen and tested on the staging website. Final live-domain email delivery, user access, Analytics and Search Console, HTTPS, redirects, indexing, caching, performance, backups, and other production-only checks are completed after payment and launch. They are included in the launch process and do not require another general website approval.
Revisions and Scope
Reasonable revisions are included without a fixed number of rounds. Factual errors, launch blockers, and failures to implement approved material will be corrected. New pages, reversed decisions, major changes in direction, new features, or substantial additional work may affect the schedule or require separate scope.
What Happens Next?
If anything needs attention, BOTH/AND will work through the response and ask the primary contact to review the affected areas again. If every listed area is approved for launch, BOTH/AND will send the secure $500 annual-service checkout link. After payment succeeds, BOTH/AND will launch the website and complete the production-only checks.
