Would You Like a Parish Council Page?

Current stage: Information & Content

A public Parish Council page is optional. Your parish may choose the photo-grid presentation shown in the demonstration, a simpler static page, or no public Parish Council page.

Choose the Approach You Can Maintain

The dynamic photo grid creates an individual entry for every current member. It looks polished, but it requires a current photograph for each person and updates whenever the council changes.

The static option is simpler. It presents approved introductory text and a current list of names and roles without requiring individual photographs.

If the parish does not want a public Parish Council page, choose that option and the member fields will remain hidden.

Keeping the Page Current

An authorized parish website user may make council updates directly, or the primary parish contact may send changes to BOTH/AND. Council-member email addresses are not collected or displayed publicly.

For the dynamic option, upload member photographs to the Parish Council section of the private parish upload folder and enter the filenames in the form.

What Happens Next?

We will build the selected Parish Council presentation from the approved information and photographs. The parish can update it later through an authorized website account or request an included small change.
