Current stage: Information & Content
Use the temporary website as your reference while completing this form. Work through the front page from top to bottom and give us the approved information, wording, photographs, and message recipients for your parish.
Upload photographs and a parish logo, if you have one, to your private upload folder before submitting the form. Do not attach files here, and do not enter passwords or other private account information.
What to Have Ready
- A parish logo, if one exists. Otherwise, we will use the approved parish name as text.
- Two strong, high-resolution, horizontal photographs that could serve as the large opening image.
- At least five additional photographs showing a truthful, welcoming range of parish life.
- Your dependable weekly service schedule. Date-specific changes will remain on the parish calendar.
- Your approved homepage wording and any public video links you want us to use.
- The name and monitored email address of the person who will respond to each homepage visitor form.
Review the Temporary Homepage From Top to Bottom
The form follows the same order as the homepage: opening headline, regular service schedule, welcome section, Orthodox faith videos, and the four visitor invitations. Review each section on the temporary website before answering.
Some fields contain the current wording. You may keep that wording or revise it so it accurately reflects your parish. Required fields still need an approved answer. For the Orthodox faith videos, enter that you want to keep the current videos or provide approved public replacement links.
The four visitor invitations are Plan a Visit, Ask the Priest, Need Prayer, and Let’s Get Coffee. Their current wording may remain, or you may revise it in the form.
Choose Who Will Respond
For each visitor form, provide the recipient’s full name and monitored email address. The same person may receive more than one form, or each form may have a different recipient.
If you use a parish address such as priest@orthodoxchurch.com, also tell us who actually receives and answers those messages. Recipient addresses remain private and will not be displayed on the website.
Choose people who have agreed to receive these messages and are prepared to respond. You will confirm the photograph permissions and message routing before submitting the form.
What Happens Next?
We will review the form together with the temporary website and the files in your private upload folder. We will use the approved content to complete the front page, configure and test each visitor form, and contact the primary parish contact if anything essential is missing.
