Use this form to provide the people who should appear on the Clergy and Staff pages of the new website. Include every priest assigned to the parish. You may also include deacons, parish hierarchy, and lay staff when the parish wants them presented publicly.
Upload each person’s photograph to the Clergy and Staff section of the private parish upload folder. Use a filename that includes the person’s name, then enter that filename in the form.
What We Need for Each Person
- Whether the person is a priest, deacon or other parish clergy, bishop or other hierarchy, or lay staff
- The full name and public title exactly as they should appear
- The photograph filename
- A short approved biography or description
- Any presentation notes or an official source that will help verify hierarchy information
At least one priest is required. All other groups are optional. Do not enter private contact information or passwords. The website will direct visitors through the appropriate contact forms rather than displaying clergy or staff email addresses publicly.
What Happens Next?
We will prepare the public clergy and staff profiles from the approved information and photographs, and we will follow up through the primary parish contact if clarification is needed.
