Website Completion Confirmation

Current stage: Launch & Support

Complete this form after BOTH/AND has launched the website, finished the production-only checks, and asked the parish to review the live site.

This is the final project-completion check. It is not another pre-launch approval or payment step.

Before Completing the Form

  1. Open the live website on both a computer and a phone.
  2. Check the homepage, navigation, photographs, links, forms, calendar, and other important parish information.
  3. Confirm that the live Contact and visitor forms deliver messages and receipts to the approved destinations.
  4. Confirm that the approved website users can sign in and that the agreed post-launch corrections are complete.

Choose the Appropriate Result

  • If anything still needs attention: choose that option and give one clear, consolidated list. The project remains open while BOTH/AND resolves those items.
  • If everything is satisfactory: complete the confirmations and authorize BOTH/AND to mark the new-website project complete.

What Project Completion Means

Project completion closes the new-website build and launch process. The website then continues under the parish’s annual website service, including the hosting, maintenance, support response, and routine-change terms described there.

Marking the project complete does not end annual support or prevent the parish from requesting help later. New pages, redesigns, major rewriting, new features, and other substantial work may still require separate scope.

What Happens Next?

If anything still needs attention, BOTH/AND will review those items and follow up with the parish contact. If everything is satisfactory, the new-website project is complete and BOTH/AND will provide or confirm the website handoff and ongoing-support information.
